Seasonal - Locally Produced - Swedish - Simplicity
Finally! The summer is here. The long and cold grip of winter has fallen and released an explosion in the fields and farms of south Sweden. Gastronomic this time of the year there are rubarbs, strawberries, elder, new potatoes, ramsom and asparagus. From the Swedish farms we get lamb and veal.
Our produce is local in what matter is possible, or an ecological alternative.
