COOKING WITH A MASTER CHEF
Chef Mats Nordström has been a diligent guest-speaker and teacher at the countries best cooking schools. He has also, over many years held training and cookery activities both for private and company groups combining wine and food.
HOf couse, it can be tailor-made to your requirements but here is a few suggestions which have been greatly appreciated:
Gourmet evening with food and wine
Participants prepare a five-course menu and, together with our sommelier test and drink the perfect wines that accompany the meal. The above package includes ingredients and wine for each course and Champagne upon arrival. 1.695:- p/p
Fish and Shellfish evening
Here, the participants prepare a four-course fish and shellfish menu and botanize the larger white wines. The above package includes the ingredients and wine for each course, Champagne and oysters upon arrival finishing with coffee and avéc. 1.595:- p/p
Traditional Swedish Food
Here we guide you through how to prepare and cook 5 or 6 of our classic traditional dishes and learn about small, unique beer producers.

For our cookery courses and drink-testings we recommend 8 to 14 people at Wasa Allé. For larger groups of over 30 people we can offer our fantastic Restaurang Vällagat in Gårda for the evenings.
We also have additional facilities for groups of upto 25 located in the fish harbour.
