MODERN, CONSCIOUS, SWEDISH FOOD

Our concept denotes that all our raw materials come from carefully chosen local farms for example Ryholm and Tjolöholm which are not far from Göteborg. Fish and shellfish which are caught locally and come from a sustainable source with awarness to the enviroment.

With minimal transportation it gives us the possibility to offer both high quality and improved handling of raw materials together with less damage to the enviroment.

Our menu's change every month but "Stolen" changes daily so that we can offer you an exciting surprise every evening.

So, not only do we offer you well-prepared food with a fine after taste - we also take care of both our Swedish traditional homely fare and of our natural resources. .
