EXOTIC IN A SWEDISH WAY
We dare to claim that we are exotic, exotic in a Swedish way.
We have the deepest respect for the old Swedish food traditions,
but our choise is to live in the present & cook for the future.
All our produce is sourced within 4 hours from our kitchen door
and we cook exclusively with what we are offered here & now!
Our aim is to use only sustainable & organic seasonal produce,
but most importantly local produce from the nature surrounding us.
The beverage we offer is organically cultivated by producers who are celebrating & honoring sustainability, artistry & our global diversity.
The wine list offers excluselivly wine of organic or biodynamicly grown grapes.
Our beer is sourced from small breweries nearby & we also serve swedish aquavits & cider.
