PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD
Mats Nordström began his career in 1986 and has amongst other places worked at Gothia Hotel, Långedrags Värdshus, The Place, Gable's restaurant in Australia, Thorsskogs Slott, Sjömagasinet, Fiskekrogen and Tjolöholms Slott.
Mats is a diligent guest lecturer at many of our most distinguished catering schools and is also in great demand as a restaurant consultant. He also has had bestowed upon him many distinctions for his services within the world of gastronomy. In 1996 he was awarded a gold medal in Swedish Traditional Food and Akademins Gold medal in 2007.
Since 1993 he has run the catering business QCE with the vision of catering with the highest restuarant standards.
Frequent engagements for satisfied clients which include Göteborgs Stad and many large established Swedish Companies together with over 450 weddings and 18 Royal dinner parties is just a part of his comprehesive resumé.
